The year 2000 is approaching with unwavering speed, and the problems that may be caused by the arrival of the new year in terms of computer use are becoming the object of increasingly urgent focus. The search for solutions must not be delayed for a single day, because we cannot stop time. In order to prepare in a timely way for the consequences that may ensue, we must talk about the issue at once.
